ABOUT THIS BLOG
Book Lust is for those who lust for reading. A group of us converge here to share book reviews and swap books. It is open for following and commenting to anyone. Becoming a contributor, which allows access to post reviews, is by invitation only. Books placed up for grabs are the responsibility of the person placing the book up for grabs.

Not sure...isn't this an invite-only blog? But if not, are you volunteering to design said button? :) I am, shall we say, html-challenged.
ReplyDeleteMy thinking was . . . and please feel free to give your thoughts/input . . . that the blog is open to anyone to read, but to be an "author," meaning you have the ability to post and therefore share in book swapping, would be by invitation only. I guess, at least for now, I don't want a hundred people authoring and then sharing mailing addresses with people I don't necessarily feel comfy with, kwim? I dunno . . . am I even making sense?
ReplyDeleteBut yes, a button just to let people know we have a blog where we are posting book reviews would be cool. I, however, know nothing about creating buttons.
Yes - I meant for people to read....not to author. :o) And I'm html challenged, too....but I may be able to ask someone.
ReplyDeleteThanks for clarifying, Lisa. I think what you said makes perfect sense and I may have interpreted this whole concept incorrectly at first. Oops. I'll have to look back at my post to confirm what I wrote (and edit as necessary). I'm glad that we have this and that it's set up the way that it is.
